On Sunday night, Orlando City earned a 2-2 draw against the Chicago Fire in a sweltering afternoon match at Toyota Park. Captain Kaká gave an absolutely stellar performance, lighting up the field with an assist and a goal of his own. Once again, he proved why he is the leader of this team.
The Fire got an early goal on Orlando City in the sixth minute, but Kaká helped Forward Cyle Larin find the equalizer just three minutes later. Kaká chipped a pass over the defense to Larin, who pushed past the defender to finish the play. Kaká earned a goal of his own after Larin’s header in the 32nd minute bounced off the post, and Kaká tapped it in. Kaká has four goals and eight assists on the season.
